May 27, 2019 · We have separate accounts. My husband and I want our phones unlocked. We purchased them outright many years ago, always pay our ATT accounts timely. We both have independently called ATT, we tried to go on the ATT portal to unlock our phones. We both independently entered our data including the IMEI numbers, but it doesn’t submit.
