IIRC the coding qualifier had a bit of text saying that if you declined/missed it/failed it would come around again periodically. Do good work, follow the guidelines, and don’t try to rip them off and you will be fine. If they want to deactivate you they will. They don’t need a reason. Sometimes jobs dry up. Keep taking qualifications as they arise. Make sure their emails go to your in box and not a different folder so you seem them right away.
